We show up with multiple cameras, gimbals, and professional audio equipment. Our crews capture multi-angle coverage of presentations, screen recordings of slides, interviews with speakers and attendees, audience reactions, and B-roll footage throughout the venue. When permits allow, we include drone footage for aerial perspectives.

You have options for how we deliver the content. The first option is raw footage with full copyright ownership—we organize everything, can clean up the audio levels, and hand over the files for your internal team to edit. The second option includes our first-pass edit where we pull the best selects, apply color correction, clean up the audio, and deliver ready-to-edit packages that save your editors significant time. The third option is complete post-production where we handle highlight reels, presentation videos with multiple camera angles, and social media content.

We work with major corporations like Microsoft, Google, and HP, along with conference organizers, training companies, and product launch teams. The key difference in our approach is planning the shoot to maximize the value of our time on location. If we're already set up with lighting and cameras for interviews, we can capture additional testimonial content or lifestyle photography while the equipment is in place. This approach gives you more usable content from the same production day.

Our standard kit includes professional multi-camera setups, gimbal stabilizers for smooth movement, portable lighting for interview scenarios, and wireless monitoring systems. We bring backup equipment and redundant audio recording because technical failures during live events aren't recoverable.
