Professional, redundant live streaming services for Seattle events and businesses.

Live streaming is more complex than regular video production because everything happens in real time and there's no opportunity to fix problems after the fact. We've developed systems with multiple layers of redundancy to make sure your stream stays live regardless of technical issues.
Our setup includes backup power systems for locations without reliable electricity, LTE hotspot failover when building networks go down, and redundant streaming paths to prevent broadcast interruptions. We can simultaneously stream to multiple platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X, or create custom secure streams for internal company meetings.
We stream to any platform that accepts RTMP input, including YouTube Live, Facebook Live, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo, Twitch, and custom RTMP endpoints. For events with multiple audience segments, we can push to several platforms at the same time with platform-specific overlays and graphics.
Many of our clients run hybrid events where part of the audience is in the room and part is remote. We handle the production bridge between the two, making sure remote attendees see clean switched camera angles, hear clear audio, and can participate in Q&A sessions. On-site, we manage the screen feeds, comfort monitors for speakers, and confidence displays so presenters can see their slides and remote participants while on stage.
We work with two types of clients. The first group has experience with live streaming and comes to us with their assets ready. Intros, outros, streaming keys, and a detailed rundown. For these turnkey productions, we handle the technical execution and crew management while they focus on content. This is the most cost-effective approach for companies that do regular live events.
The second group is new to live streaming but understands its value. For these full production management projects, we create all the necessary assets, set up their streaming platforms, run pre-event tests, and handle security-conscious credential management. They get reusable assets at the end that work for future streams whether they continue with us or handle it internally.
Our standard live streaming setup includes professional multi-camera production with real-time switching, professional audio mixing, graphics integration, and monitoring systems that let us address problems before viewers notice them. After the live event, we can provide edited highlight reels, full-length recordings with chapter markers, and short-form social content for companies that want to repurpose the broadcast for ongoing marketing.
Let's discuss your project and see how we can help.
