Who this is for

Live streaming is for events where the room isn't enough. A conference where remote attendees still need the keynote. A High Holy Days service that has to reach congregants who can't make it in person. A civic event with an audience watching from home.

OSNexus Ceph Days Seattle conference live stream
OSNexus Ceph Days. Multi-camera live broadcast of the conference talks.

We bring the same multi-camera crew that runs in-person event capture, plus the switching and connectivity gear that makes a live broadcast hold up. If your event is on a stage, we'll cover it. If your audience is online, we'll get them there.

How a live stream day runs

We get there early to bring up the gear, test the connection, and rehearse the run-of-show with whoever's calling the shots on your side. By the time the audience arrives, the crew knows what each camera covers and where the switcher's headed next.

Beaverton State of the City. Three-camera coverage with a live broadcast feed out the back.

We record locally at every step, so even if the upstream connection wobbles you walk away with clean master files. After the broadcast, the same crew can edit the day's footage into highlight reels and social cuts. The live stream doubles as a content library.

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms can you stream to?

Anything that accepts an RTMP feed. We regularly push to YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo, Twitch, Facebook Live, and custom RTMP endpoints for internal company portals. We can stream to multiple platforms at once with platform-specific overlays.

What happens if the venue Wi-Fi drops mid-stream?

We bring LTE hotspot failover and bonded cellular options for venues with shaky networks. The encoder is configured to fall back to the secondary connection without dropping the stream. We test all paths during setup, not at showtime.

Do you handle hybrid events with in-room and remote audiences?

Yes. We run the production bridge between the room and the remote audience. Remote attendees get clean switched camera angles and mixed audio. Presenters get confidence monitors with their slides and a view of remote participants.

Can we get a recording of the live stream afterward?

Always. The stream records locally during the broadcast, and we can deliver the full recording, a highlight reel, chapter-marked long-form versions, and short-form social cuts after the event.
