Local government has to reach people who will never attend a town hall or read a printed notice. Video meets them where they are. It makes services, policies, and public projects easier to understand, and it shows residents what their government is working on and how it affects them.

We cover the moments that matter to a community: city council meetings and public events, infrastructure updates, and service announcements. For the City of Beaverton, we produced State of the City content, breaking a long presentation into topic-specific videos residents can watch based on what they care about. When a meeting needs to reach people in real time, we handle live streaming with the multi-camera reliability a public broadcast demands.

Government work comes with real requirements around transparency, accessibility, and public interest, and our process is built for it. We carry the insurance and business licensing public agencies require, and we're comfortable working through RFPs and procurement. We agree on one brief up front, keep crews lean, usually two to five people, build in the redundancy that keeps a live broadcast from going dark, and deliver files ready for captioning and public archives. You own all of it.

The goal is always the same: extend your reach beyond traditional channels and make government information accessible to the communities you serve. We'd be glad to be the video team your agency calls, meeting after meeting and project after project.
